Riley and Inez Dowling. They named him Walter Andrew Dowling, he was the 9th child of 9.
In 1953, the Dowling family moved to Indiantown, Florida where he resided until he
transitioned to his eternal home.
“Andy” as he was affectionally known attended and played football at Martin County High
School. Andy enjoyed sports and after graduating high school, he played a season of football at

In 1982, he married Barbara Jean Miller and to this union 3 children were born, He fathered 12
children. 27 Grand Children and 14 Great Grand Children.
In the early 90’s he joined Temple Beautiful Church of Indiantown; starting the men’s ministry
called “Brothers’ Keepers.”
He worked for the Indiantown Water company for 18 years and once leaving the Water
company, Andy started his own business WAD enterprise, and his slogan was “we fix
