Theron E. Boyd Jr.

Theron E. Boyd Jr. affectionately known as Boog
or Big Baby was born on June 8, 1971, in Ft.
Lauderdale, FL. To the late Theron E. Boyd Sr. and
Mamie King. Theron was also preceded in death by
Gerald McLeod (brother), Travis McLeod (nephew),
Trazell McLeod (nephew) and his lifelong partner
Taneika Dean.
Theron was educated in the Broward County School
system.
Not only was Theron a big man in stature, his heart
was just as big. If you needed a listening ear Big Baby
was your man, he was a great listener. He loved to
fix anything and everything especially motorcycles
and bikes. He also, had a fondness for his music
and the Mighty Miami Dolphins. Boog, also, knew
everybody and everything in Ft. Lauderdale if you
let him tell it. Oh how we all will miss the stories he
would tell.
In the early morning hours of November 24,
2020 Theron made his earthly departure to begin
assignment of getting to know everyone in Heaven.
He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories
sisters Arnita McLeod (Don), Tonya Miles, Sonya
Moreland; aunts Marjorie Miller (Willie), Wilma
Ford (Kyle), Lisa Wade (Colon); uncle Larry Ford
(Jackie); sister in law Laquwania McLeod; special
cousin Sheila Boyd Garlington of Greenville SC.
and a hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
who love and will miss him dearly.
